Projects

Over the course of my recent work, I have had the opportunity to complete meaningful and impactful projects that celebrate history, preserve legacy, and embrace digital transformation. Among these are the development of a comprehensive digital initiative of repatriating David Thompson’s 3rd Manuscript Map of north western North America back to Canada, the creative visionary and president behind the 2008 David Thompson Brigade, and the successful renaming of Mount David to Mount David Thompson in 2007.

Each of these projects reflects a unique aspect of cultural preservation and storytelling. The digital repatriation of Thompson’s map enhanced accessibility and engagement through modern platforms, while the 2008 David Thompson Brigade project commemorated a historic journey, connecting communities through shared heritage. Finally, the renaming of Mount David to Mount David Thompson stands as a tribute to the explorer’s enduring legacy, reinforcing the importance of names in shaping collective memory.
